My Review of The Banshees of Inisherin
Boring. Couldn’t get into it. Falls into the trap of just a bunch of actors sitting around talking – and not DOING much. I didn’t believe real people would make those choices in real life and had to keep fast forwarding thru it. However, I did like the new kid Barry Keoghan. Very natural and refreshing.

Thank you to Mr Walt Disney Studios and Mr HBO Max for giving me access to watch this via Digital Streaming so I could make an intelligent and informed opinion when casting my vote for the 29th Annual SAG Awards.
However, a big, sprawling movie like this really should be seen on the Big Screen in a community setting. I wish you had a Screening for me or (at the very least) offered Movie Cash.

Watch at Home
This year, the Awards show will be livestreamed ONLY on Netflix’s YouTube channel on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. This is signficant. For the past several years, the show was broadcast on TNT and TBS. It has already been announced that next year, the show will stream directly on Netflix itself (not their YouTube channel).
