One of the best perks of being a member of SAG-AFTRA union (besides protecting you when working on the set) is getting all the For Your Consideration (FYC) Screeners and voting for the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® – or by their more common name the 2025 SAG Awards.

To get the FYC screeners, you must be current (paid up) on your SAG-AFTRA dues by Tuesday, Dec 10, 2024

I am the Co-Chair of the 2024 SAG Awards Viewing Party for the Nashville Local. By all accounts, we had a fantastic time! The event was hosted at the gorgeous Country Music Association building in their Special Events room. Many local branches have a Viewing Party for the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards to cheer on the Nominees together.

Just under 100 RSVPs with 68 in attendance.

Here is my 2024 Academy Awards FYC Screener Grid to help make sure you see all the 96th Oscars nominated Features. FYC is an industry-standard abbreviation that means For Your Consideration.

Since my SAG Awards FYC Screener Grid has become so popular, I’ve decided to start doing these for all the major Awards – EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony). I originally started doing it for myself to help keep me on track with watching all the various shows. Then I started emailing it to friends and posting them to a few Facebook Groups. Now people know me as “that guy that posts that grid every year”.
