Got a little choked up on the last song, “oh come all ye faithful”. 2 different people sitting next to me told me I had a beautiful singing voice. I have so much to be thankful for. They showed trailers for most of the films that will be screened soon. It was exciting to chat with others in the community about all the upcoming work in KY. Saw a lot of people I already knew and met a few new ones. Great mtg yesterday with @sagaftra -Nashville Loca Great mtg yesterday with @sagaftra -Nashville Local. I attended via zoom. You can see me on top Left corner of video screen in back. A lot of talk, some planning, some action for the coming year. Carla Christina (Pres) kept the mtg moving at a brisk pace. Sad to see our Exec Dir is moving out West. Richard is a great guy and will be sorely missed. Glad to see Linda Dowell will be stepping in until we find a replacement. I worked with her when i was on SAG-AFTRA Board in Las Vegas several years ago. I am hopeful that the @iatse and @teamsters contract negotiations continue to go well and be ratified by their members so we can ALL get back to work! #union #actor

So much fun last night at the @louballet productio So much fun last night at the @louballet production of Romeo & Juliet. The main theatre seats around 3000 and it was packed! I got invited because I started at the @louballetschool and then trained with the company in late 80s-early 90s. There was a Pre-Show talk with their original Romeo (who is now the fight choregrapher). My friend @dwightturnerfilmtv met @buddekesmart (CEO) a month or 2 ago. We bumped into her at end of the show and she invited us out to drinks next door at Galt House with several of the Staff, including my old Jazz dance teacher @davidx.thurmond and Alun and Helen's son, Garth, who I took Boys class under Clark Reid! I bumped into Helen at theatre and got to tell her what an impact she and Alun had on me. I told her how I met Harold Prince and Gillian Lynne while they were in rehearsal for Phantom at the Venetian in Las Vegas and they asked about her and Alun. What a night! Adam and his friends made Beef Wellington, garlic mashed potatoes and I brought some Mac and cheese. It was one of the guy’s bday and they made a white cake with strawberries in the middle. It was all excellent! What a game!!!
