Getting excited to watch the 90th Oscars Academy Awards 2018 broadcast on ABC at 5pm PST/8pm EST. The Pre-show/Red Carpet/Interviews have already started. Several different channels are doing their own Pre-show versions, but I prefer ABC.

Since I am just getting over a health scare in my right foot, I decided to stay home and watch the broadcast at home on my 55″ flat screen LCD TV.
For dinner, I’m fixing a Banquet Homestyle Bakes Classic Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, & Biscuits box dinner. I prefer their Country Chicken version (because I love black pepper or maybe that is the redneck in me), but Mr Smith’s didn’t have any in stock. Before that, I will have a Apple and Walnut Salad with Chicken lightly tossed in a Cranberry Vinegarette.
Here is what it looked likes after baking. I took a chunk out and ate it. I had to shine a spot light on it so you can see how thick and creamy it is. Yum!
I’m still drinking water mixed with apple cider vinegar and baking soda (per my Nutritionist, Lisa Malone) since I’m still treating my right foot for a gout attack. I have never had this problem before. This has been one of the most painful weeks in my life. She thinks my body was having a reaction to the type of protein/one of the ingredients used inΒ Premier Protein Bars. I always eat a high protein bar immediately after working out (for muscle growth). Nothing has changed in my diet except trying this new protein bar, so that must be it. After a week, I’m finally able to put my full body weight on it and walk like a normal person. Whew!
For dessert, i will have Chocolate Covered Strawberry ice cream and Sea Salt Carmel Butter Pecan ice cream.
My neighbors are asking, “Who are you wearing?”. I have no idea who, but I am wearing gray sweat pants and a white t-shirt. Nunzio and Madonna are wearing their cat hair (come to think of it, so am I). π
